Green Room and VIP Lounge are located on the hotel’s 10th floor. The Green Room can accommodate 15 for classroom, 20 for board meeting and 25 theater style seating. There are glass doors leading out to two balconies. This allows natural light to stream in all day.

The adjacent VIP Lounge is a casual living room space with sofas and over stuffed chairs. There is a wrap around balcony with glass doors leading out. This space is ideal for a casual breakfast and breaks during the meeting.

Lot 1224 Sports Bar has a nightly happy hour with discounted drink and snack specials. We could arrange for your attendees to join in the festivities making it extra special just for them. It is always a great way to end a meeting while continuing to network over the days activities.
